Abstract
This study is to identify the nature of the professional activity of the elderly experiencedprivate security guards, and the guards how to live and there, The purpose of this is torecognize that all aspects of professional activity. Written questionnaire and the elderly over 60years working in the private security guards 12 people Gyeonggi, Seoul, Data were collectedthrough in-depth interviews. Analyzed according to the procedure of the method based on thetheory presented by Strauss & Corbin is the result, 124 concepts and sub-categories and 48 weredrawn into 17 categories. Category analysis of the paradigm, was to ¡®unavoidable choice¡¯, ¡®struggling to live¡¯ centralphenomenon of professional activities of an elderly civilian guards. Causal conditions of this¡®economic difficulties¡¯, ¡®difficulty of re-employment¡¯, ¡®persistent desire to work¡¯ was, action/interaction to control the center of development strategies¡¯ to cope with the adverse conditions¡¯,¡®professional identities have was¡¯. Due to such things as a result of senior civil guards¡®professional life continues to maintain¡¯ Was to live in the ¡®faithful to serve life. Was a ¡®Positivetype¡¯, ¡®Effort type¡¯, ¡®Resignation type¡¯, ¡®Complaint typer¡¯ a type of private security guards inthe professional activities of the elderly results of the present study accordingly. May be flexibledepending on the characteristics of individual expression and the degree of governing this typeare inside.
